Hays recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client with the recruitment of a well experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis based at their Hexham site. They are looking for someone who has previous experience in Customer Service and is available to start as soon as possible.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for a range of tasks and responsibilities such as:
- To provide an efficient and high standard of Customer Service to all customers both inbound and outbound
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Various data-entry tasks
- Collaboration with drivers to organise deliveries
- Providing quotations to generate sales
- Support the finance team with credit applications for customers
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good Customer Service skills
- Organisational skills
