An opportunity within leading global connectivity solutions provider to join as a Team Leader for their Customer Service and Demand Planning within their Aerospace & Defence Business unit.
The Customer Service and Demand PlanningTeam Leader will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all internal and external customers are properly serviced and according to the CSM stated service metrics.
- Completing BABTEC root cause analysis
- Process monthly departmental SAP reports and staff follow-ups
- Complete customer surveys and questioners when needed.
- Efficiently resolve all customer escalations by working with internal teams and divisions.
- Review weekly the blocked invoices/back log and rectify issues timely.
- Accurate review and complete invoice cancellation requests from CSR and other internal partners.
- Review incoming orders for accuracy of price, part number, quantity and contractual obligation.
- Perform all sales service order entry and support functions in accordance with published procedures.
- Manage monthly global meetings with outside sales.
- Compile global forecast needs for the division validate data and enter totals into corporate Demand Planning tool.
- Attend global demand planner meetings/events to ensure compatibility in processes and information sharing.
We are looking for those with experience in a similar role in the manufacturing sector. Prior SAP knowledge and strong leadership and problem solving skills are essential.
