IFA Administration Team Leader Salary is up to £45,000 + Benefits and hybrid working.
As the IFA Administration Team Leader – Technical / Operations Focus, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the administrative operations within an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) team. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, process efficiency, and team performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and inspire a team of IFA Administrators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Streamline and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the team's effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IFAs to understand client needs and expectations.
- Oversee the delivery of exceptional client service through effective communication and problem resolution.
To be considered:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within financial services administration, preferably in an IFA / Wealth Management environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and systems.
