£40,000 - £42,000 per annum DOE + Progression + Overtime + Benefits
Located in Oxford (Ideally located: Thame, Aylesbury, Didcot, Bicester, Banbury, Reading, High Wycombe)

This is a Monday-Friday role where you will be leading a team of engineers, overseeing all stages of finishing process, planning team meetings focusing on performance and generating manufacturing reports. The ideal candidate would need to have previous experience with leading a team, manufacturing experience, quality control experience and experience with inspections.
