Key Responsibilities:This role is a mix between
Customer Service and administration, you will be expected to speak to customers throughout the day as well as organising diaries and carrying out admin tasks.
- Reception duties: Answering the phone confidently, booking appointments for clients and taking payments.
- Writing and sending letters to tenants in regards to their Gas Safety Solutions.
- Supporting logistics with by scheduling appointments and arranging diaries
- Reviewing the mailbox and dealing with any queries via email, phone or post
- General admin tasks and business support
Requirements:- Excellent Customer Service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Attention to detail
- Answer the phones in a timely and polite manner
- Having a proactive mind and being self-sufficient
- Enjoy working as part of a team, experience of working in a small business would be great
