Job descriptionCustomer Service AdministratorPertemps Managed Solutions is looking for a confident and positive Customer Service Administrator to join a well-known, global Gas Safety Solutions team. We are seeking a hard-working individual with exceptional Customer Service skills to assist with the day-to-day running of the office.Key Responsibilities:This role is a mix between Customer Service and administration, you will be expected to speak to customers throughout the day as well as organising diaries and carrying out admin tasks.
  • Reception duties: Answering the phone confidently, booking appointments for clients and taking payments.
  • Writing and sending letters to tenants in regards to their Gas Safety Solutions.
  • Supporting logistics with by scheduling appointments and arranging diaries
  • Reviewing the mailbox and dealing with any queries via email, phone or post
  • General admin tasks and business support
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Attention to detail
  • Answer the phones in a timely and polite manner
  • Having a proactive mind and being self-sufficient
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, experience of working in a small business would be great
