Job Title: Customer Support Administrator


About Our Client:


Our client is a dynamic e-commerce business specialising in the retail of electrical components and accessories. With an expanding customer base and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service, they are seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Answer Customer Support enquiries via telephone, email, and chat

  • Chase delivery issues with couriers

  • Manage amendments to customer orders

  • Handle product returns and warranty issues

  • Process refunds

  • Provide pre-sales product advice and answer technical queries

  • Recommend products and advise on suitability

  • Take customer orders and process card payments via phone

  • Prepare quotations and invoices


Person Specification:



  • GSCE in English and Maths

  • Strong communication skills and confidence when talking with customers

  • Ability to grasp technical details and concepts

  • Conscientious, professional, and able to integrate well into a small team

  • Customer-centred and solution-driven approach

  • Proficient in MS Office suite of products


Experience:



  • Technical sales or technical product support experience is beneficial

  • Background in electrical-based industry would be advantageous


Due to the location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
