Title: Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Advisor **EARLY FINISH ON FRIDAYS AND PERMANENT POSITION** Our client a family run manufacturing company based in Ledbury are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. They are the worlds largest producer of disability reaching aids. There are opportunities for permanent employment after successful trial period.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining a high standard of accuracy, ensuring all orders and paperwork are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Communicating with customers (updating them on the status of their order either directly or via customer portals) Liaising with other company departments (check on product availability and lead times for product manufacture.) Recording, monitoring and managing customer complaints through to a resolution.
