Customer Service Administrator

Title: Customer Service Administrator / Customer Service Advisor **EARLY FINISH ON FRIDAYS AND PERMANENT POSITION** Our client a family run manufacturing company based in Ledbury are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. They are the worlds largest producer of disability reaching aids. There are opportunities for permanent employment after successful trial period.
Duties and Responsibilities: Maintaining a high standard of accuracy, ensuring all orders and paperwork are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Communicating with customers (updating them on the status of their order either directly or via customer portals) Liaising with other company departments (check on product availability and lead times for product manufacture.) Recording, monitoring and managing customer complaints through to a resolution. Filing and archiving all order documentation and handling other department administration Benefits: Long Term Work Early Finish Friday Lovely Work Environment Pay: £11.44 - £12.48 Per Hour (Dependant on experience and skills) Shifts: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-16:30 37 hours a week Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution On-going assignments
