Customer Service Administrator
Based in Falkirk
£12 - £14 per hour + holiday pay
Reed Business Support are pleased to be supporting a major homebuilding group who are looking to hire a Customer Service Administrator until at least the end of March. Working in a busy Customer Service team, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a host of queries and delivering administrative responses. This is a great opportunity to join a highly thought of employer in a fast-paced, interest role.

- 36.25 hours per week (early finish on a Friday)
- Immediate start
Key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
- Taking ownership of cases and providing regular updates to customers
- Creating and updating work orders on internal system
- Liaising with Customer Service managers, direct labour, and subcontractors to arrange repairs and site visits
- Ensuring that cases are completed within SLAs
- Ad hoc admin and Customer Service duties
Person specifications:
- Previous experience working in Customer Service or Administration role
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Good IT skills and ability to pick up new systems
Desirable:
- Previous experience working in Construction or Housing sector
- Salesforce experience
