Customer Service Administrator

Location: Nr Ely
Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday - Friday 9-5.30pm onsite
Salary: GBP26-30k depending on experience

This role is for you!
As a Customer Service Administratoryou will be solely responsible for all the administration with customer accounts.You will take the orders, process them on the system, liaise with the production team to follow up, liaise with the client every step of the way and finally ship the product out to the client. It is an extremely varied role with no day being the same and having full control of the client life cycle. Working in a team of 5 where banter flows but that everyone wants to give 100% because of the type of work environment and company it is!
Experience
- Experience in a similar role dealing with clients on a daily basis
- Strong administration experience
- Experience of order processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to multi task and be organised
