My client is currently on the lookout for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor.
You ll be joining a friendly and supportive team with a open office layout and modern facilities

Customer Service Advisor duties:
- Manage a group of customers on a 1-2-1 basis
- Resolve customer queries promptly
- Monitor shipments using state-of-the-art IT platform
- Process customer returns efficiently
- Perform various administrative duties
- Provide quotes and coordinate international shipments
Customer Service Advisor skills required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Ability to build and nurture customer relationships
- Natural problem-solving ability
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Team player
- Knowledge of the Logistics industry would be highly beneficial
