Sheridan ward is excited to be working alongside a brilliant company based in Stockley Park, they are looking to bring on board a new Customer Service Administrator to join them in their lovely offices!
They are looking for someone who has previous admin and Customer Service experience within an office, they are also looking for a confident individual who has previously worked within a parts department!

Customer Service Administrator Duties:
- Dealing with customers parts queries and complaints
- Raising parts credit notes
- Logging invoice queries and complaints on the system
- Creating return deliveries
- Working closely with other internal teams
