Who are they?
Our client is a contracting payroll company that has grown consistently over the past 10 years. They provide a fresh approach to Commercial Contracting, which means they give the highest regard to their customer care, ensuring allof our contractors are paid on time, every time.
Purpose
To be the first point of contact for our workers and aim for first call resolution of any queries raised.
The role will be to work closely with the team to assist contractors in registering with our client so they can be paid correctly and on time.
Key Responsibility Areas
- First point of contact for incoming calls.
- Speaking to new contractors, discussing payroll solutions, and completing the on-boarding process with them.
- Compliance checking candidates’ documents (Right to Work etc).
- Outbound/Inbound B2C calls - Not cold calls, all calls are with current contractors.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors and clients.
- Expense input, including checking receipts to guidelines.
- Completing the first stages of tax return service (information gathering).
- Resolving any issues that may arise for contractors and colleagues.
