KHR is working with one of the fastest-growing businesses in the UK, which currently has a great opportunity for an Customer Service Administrator to join their Billings Team on a full-time permanent basis.

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:

– Create and send invoices using bespoke system and MS Excel
– Create data reports using Excel
– Liaise with customers to resolve queries and answer questions
– Monitor and respond to emails
– Input and manage vast amounts of data correctly and efficiently
– Support the wider billings and Customer Service team
– Other general administrative tasks

Candidate Profile:

– Be computer literate with intermediate Excel skills
– Have good communication skills both verbal and written
– Have previous data entry experience
– Knowledge of Sage or Salesforce is preferred but not essential
– Have fantastic attention to details with the ability to sop error
– Be solutions orientated
– Be motivated and eager to learn

This is a fully office based role, standard hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

Salary is £25,000 – £28,000 DOE
