SALARY: £12ph | £24-25K once permanent

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
START: Immediately
Office Angels are excited to be working with this local expanding business in recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator. This is initially a temporary position covering maternity leave, however due to expansion the role should become permanent for the right candidate. You will be based in modern purpose built offices close to the Thanet Way with free parking on site, however the offices are also within walking distance of the local train station.
The day-to-day duties in your new job would be:
- Customer Service over the telephone
- Covering the showroom, speaking with customers face to face
- Discussing and showing clients products
- Logging calls on CRM
- Updating customer information
- Putting together quotations
- Emailing/calling customers to follow up quotes
- Other administration duties as required
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Excellent Customer Service and enjoy speaking with people
- Good IT skills
- Some basic office experience, however our client is willing to provide training
