Job Description for Customer Service Administrator:
We have an excellent opportunity for an experience administrator to join an established organization in the Bromsgrove area. The ideal candidate would have previous experience supporting with administrative duties over a multitude of customer accounts. You must have an excellent eye for detail and take care and consideration with inputting information and sending legal documents.
Duties for Customer Service Administrator:
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Supporting with compliance
- Producing and sending letter documentation including legal information
- Chasing up information required for submittance from clients
- Dealing with multiple client accounts with administrative duties
- Contacting customers via telephone and email and providing an excellent Customer Service
Key Skills and Duties for Customer Service Administrator:
- Experience withing an administrative role previously
- Must be able to drive due to location
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
