Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator with proven Admin and Customer Services skills and ideally have worked within the Healthcare, Medical Insurance sector. The Customer Services Administrator role is to start ASAP and will be initially working on a 6 month contract basis. The main purpose of the role is to assist with the medical screenings and administration support to the team.
Salary: £24-25K
Location: Hybrid working - 2 days office based - East Grinstead, West Sussex
Duration: 6 month fixed term contract
Duties will include:
- Provide Customer Service and admin support, conduct medical screening
- Ensuring customer documentation accurately records the screening decisions and decisions updated on the systems
- Support with any customer queries relating to their medical screening records and insurance
- Provide general administrative support the team
Skills and experience:
- Proven admin and Customer Services skills within a medical / healthcare type environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
