Part Time Customer Care Co-ordinator needed in Avonmouth
My client is looking for a friendly customer driven person to make out bound calls to book appointments whilst in a busy period.
Pay : 12phr
Hours: 10am-3pm or 9:30am-2:30pm
Duration: Ongoing
Duties:
- Adhere to Customer Care Remedial processes.
- Process all incoming emails to the customer care inbox and clearing daily
- General administration duties , inputting data on to systems, sending emails
- Outbound calls to book appointments
The Role Requires:
- A friendly telephone manner, be able to communicate with Homeowners and House build customer care teams effectively on the phone to book and confirm appointments and to keep them updated of progress.
- Excellent communication and people skills; able to communicate on the phone, via email and face to face
- Excellent IT literacy - MS Tools - word, excel, teams, outlook;
