We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a reputable, thriving brand with plenty of progression opportunities. If successful, you will join the aftersales team and provide first class Customer Service to the network.
Key Responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:
- Support the customers via phone, email and the helpdesk system
- Process orders and returns, working closely with the warehouse team regarding stock availability
- Process return credit and invoices as appropriate
- Liaise with couriers regarding deliveries
- Liaise with internal departments and provide support where necessary
