Our client are a well-established and professional publishers who are seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator
- Support publishers with content and ensure the timely integration of content ingestion.
- Manage the publisher side of targeting promotions.
- Management of systems on behalf of the Publisher and the company.
- Deal with all publisher queries.
- Review production proofs.
- Coordinate client reports.
- B2B Client support and account management.
Requirements for a successful Customer Service Administrator
- Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role previously.
- Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and busy B2B environment.
- Strong Administration skills.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Office 365.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Location: Milton Keynes, Hybrid after probation

Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
