Our High Wycombe-based client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Answering Customer Queries: Provide excellent Customer Service by promptly addressing queries via phone and email.Complaint Resolution: Respond to customer complaints and efficiently resolve issues.Database Management: Update and maintain accurate customer records in databases.Interdepartmental Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.Requirements:
