We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Process incoming sales orders promptly and accurately.Liaise with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.Assist in handling customer complaints and escalations professionally.Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.Requirements:Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Knowledge of order processing systems is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary of £24,600 per annum.Opportunity to work with a dynamic teamThe client is looking to interview w/e 26th Feb 2024
