The Role:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in handling operational calls, building customer relationships, processing orders, and providing waste management advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer operational telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- ?Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, actively managing accounts when necessary.
Process customer orders efficiently and collaborate with suppliers to ensure smooth transactions.
Address telephone and email queries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance to customers on both commercial and domestic waste management solutions.
Source alternative ad-hoc services to meet customer needs.
Liaise with accounts receivables regarding customer credit card payments.
Produce accurate and timely customer reports.
Perform various administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the Customer Service department.
Undertake ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Support other team members when required.
Assist colleagues in different departments as needed.
Additional Responsibilities:
Maintain an up-to-date quote conversion spreadsheet.
- Administer contractor pricing, purchase orders, and new sites onto the system.
Administer new suppliers and customers onto the system
- Obtain rates for smaller upcoming projects and containers.
Record pertinent information for sites, clients, and the supply chain.
- Advise relevant departments on identified issues.
Support new business initiatives through supplier sourcing where applicable.
