We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales orders promptly and accurately.
- Liaise with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of order processing systems is a plus.
