Customer Service Administrator (Initially 5-Month Contract) Location: Leeds/Bradford Salary: £24,600 per annum Contract Duration: 5 Months (could be longer) Start Date: ASAP Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in processing sales orders, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Process incoming sales orders promptly and accurately.
• Liaise with customers to address enquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
• Assist in handling customer complaints and escalations professionally.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of order processing systems is a plus.
