We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Adviser. As a crucial member of the customer support team, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive and seamless shopping experience for online customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to navigate various platforms.
Responsibilities will include;
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, troubleshooting technical issues, and placing orders.
- Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage backorders, ensuring customers are informed and updated.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer problems.
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
