SalaryWe are seeking a dedicated Customer Service advisor to join our busy repairs and maintenance team on a 2-month contract basis. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Efficiently schedule repair and maintenance appointments, coordinating with both clients and field technicians to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all information is entered into the database promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the repairs and maintenance team to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Address any client concerns or complaints promptly, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, ideally within the property services or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software preferred.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
