They are looking for someone that has previous experience within an Customer Service position. Within this role you will be dealing directly with customers via telephone and electronically, managing all customer orders and enquiries.

What you will be doing:
* Managing all direct customer orders
* Dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically via email or live chat
* Supporting with order status updates and delivery tracking queries
* Effectively managing the complex customer complaints and escalating it to the right stakeholders to support resolutions
Who you are:
* You will have previous experience within a Customer Service position
* You will have a self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to work and provide excellent Customer Service.
* You will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with experience of dealing with challenging customer complaints.
