Summary of role

• Answering inbound calls
• Making Outbound calls - Targeted
• Talk time - Targeted
• Receiving and handling payroll / general queries
• Responding to incoming emails in a professional manner, within business service level agreement
• Work closely with the line manager to exceed targets and deliver results as expected

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Salary: From £22,500.00 per year + Potential Commission.
