Summary of role
- Answering inbound calls
- Making Outbound calls - Targeted
- Talk time - Targeted
- Receiving and handling payroll / general queries
- Responding to incoming emails in a professional manner, within business service level agreement
- Work closely with the line manager to exceed targets and deliver results as expected

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: From £22,500.00 per year + Potential Commission.
