Working for a prestigious pharmaceutical company out of Weybridge, the Customer Service Specialist role is an essential role for providing exceptional service to incoming clients, and building relationships to create repeat business opportunities. The role offers an amazing opportunity within a close-knit work environment in the heart of Weybridge.
The role will suit a candidate who is self-motivated, comfortable with cold calling leads, and with high organisation skills. The right person will have an interest in the industry, amazing Customer Service skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
• Building new relationships and developing already existing ones with customers
• Cold calling leads using the company database.
• Hitting and exceeding targets set by the Line Manager
• Generating new business for the company and helping them further expand.
The successful candidate will have:
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Self-motivation to be able to achieve above and beyond on their targets.
• Experience within a phone based Customer Service position.
• An interest in the beauty industry
