SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity working for one of the UKs leading estate agents. We are looking for an experienced and driven manager to grow the Sunbury Branch. You must have previous experience working in a similar role. Candidates with a great attitude who want to achieve and thrive in a busy environment will excel in this role!
You will need to:
- Maximise branch Profit.
- Ensure Client Care meeting is effectively run with the team and enables delivery of engaging and effective client contact and actions each week.
- Ensure client visit generation activities are prioritised.
- Improve market share in underperforming postcodes.
- Monitor staff progress + coach improvements.
- Ensure all activity is logged online.
- Weekly Client calls to ALL clients.
- Ensure all processes are fully compliant.
- Weekly review of pipeline +market/property analysis.
- Daily review of viewing feedback – utilising the mobile feedback app and the price slider
- Reviews dashboard daily and ensures adequate time management structures are in place to allow all members of the team to achieve their daily and weekly call targets.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieving budget.
- Management + business structure.
- Staff management
- Compliance requirements.
- To maximise branch profit
- Exceed the branch’s budgeted income levels for residential income, lettings income and all 3rd party income lines.
- Hit bonus scheme targets on quarterly basis.
Hours
- Monday- Friday- 08:45am to 18:00pm
- Saturdays- 10:00am to 15:00pm
- 1:2 weekend rota- 1 on, 2 off.
Salary
£27,000 up to £33,000 base salary depending on experience. OTE £50,000.
You will have proven experience working in a letting’s negotiator or manager role where you have been responsible for the above duties and successfully managed a portfolio of properties. You will be determined, ambitious persistent and you must have your own vehicle with a full clean driving licence.
