Their aim is to provide the fastest and most efficient solution to their clients' needs with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and building long-term relationships.Your new roleThis role will see you interacting with customers on a daily basis from a varied client base, from the initial contact, discussing the requirements, working with the in-house production team to ensure that capacity was available, working out timelines for delivery with the client, providing estimates and quotations to customers and keeping the client up-to-date with progress being made.What you'll need to succeedStrong communication skills are essential in this role. You will need to be able to speak confidently with external stakeholders, with a good eye for detail and have a decent grasp of mental arithmetic and Microsoft Excel.
