Our client, a well-established company based in Redhill, is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and dedicated team. This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary between £22,000 and £24,000 per year.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking ownership of customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely and effective manner


• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills


• Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding


• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team to ensure swift resolution


• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


• Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to provide a seamless customer experience
