Our client, a well-established company based in Redhill, is currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and dedicated team. This is a permanent full-time role offering a competitive salary between 22,000 and 24,000 per year.
What you'll be doing:
- Taking ownership of customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely and effective manner
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills
- Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team to ensure swift resolution
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to provide a seamless customer experience
