Job description

Customer Service and Operations Executive 

Summary:

  • Processing customer orders on SAP
  • Manage and action the email inbox.
  • Set up customer-specific information, including prices and product details.
  • Maintaining and updating database and Excel
  • Responsible for daily liaison with 3rd party warehouse and Head Office .
