Customer Service experience essential, ideally within an office environment, as well as a friendly and adaptable nature to assist customers & internal teams with backlog of orders.Duties:
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone, email and web orders
- Processing orders and chasing deliveries from the warehouse
- Maintaining communication with customers regarding progress of deliveries
- Updating customer records on CRM system
Package:
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm & paid lunch break
- £12p/hr
- Some homeworking available
