About the role:
The Customer Service Advisor will work closely with the Halls Team to provide a high standard, customer focussed reception and administrative service.
The post holder will provide excellent and effective Customer Service to residents, guests and visitors in the Residences and will develop and maintain efficient and effective administrative processes in order to support the business activities of the Residences.
About you:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and motivated Customer Service Advisor to support the ongoing development of the Commercial Services Department.
The role of the Customer Services Advisor will be to support the delivery of Customer Services within our Halls of Residence. You will be the first point of contact for information and advice to customers, visitors and staff, acting as a triage point and directing them to appropriate sources of information or relevant functions.
You will provide professional and efficient administrative services, supporting the Residential Team within the Halls of Residence. A flexible approach to work is required to enable the Residential Team to deliver a high quality customer focused service.
You will work on a rotating shift patterns covering the following hours:
Monday – Friday 08:00 – 15:30
Monday – Friday 10:30 – 18:00
Monday – Friday 14:30 – 22:00
There is also the requirement to work 1 or 2 Saturday's per month for which you will receive a day in lieu.
This role attracts a Shift Allowance of £2,765.28
