Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer queries and complaints.
- Processing orders and returns in a timely manner.
- Keeping customers updated on the journey of their order.
- Providing product information to customers and advising.
- Assisting with administrative tasks and responding to emails.
About you:
- 1-year minimum experience working in an office environment.
- Fantastic Customer Service and complaint handling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
