Due to company growth and business levels we are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join this busy but friendly Harrogate based customer experience team. You will work for an award winning local business who prides itself on company culture and environment, making this an excellent place to work.

As Customer Service Advisor you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager dealing with the UK client base. Main responsibilities will include providing advice, support and sales to incoming customer calls. Your priority is to provide a high standard customer experience from start to finish with each client. You will deal with both B2B and B2C clients through multiple communication channels, including telephone, e-mail, web chat and social media. You will also deal with customer orders, returns and refunds.

Main Duties

• To provide day to day Customer Service through telephone calls, e-mails, web chat and social media channels
• Achieve individual performance targets (KPIs) as agreed
• Deal with any customer queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
• Manage social media interaction, engage with customers, press and influencers
• Work closely with the warehouse team to process orders, print labels and ensure products are dispatched efficiently
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and in line with company safety checks to avoid fraudulent behaviour
• Liaise with the servicing department for any repairs or returned products ensuring a fast turnaround for customers
• Input product returns and provide regular reports to analyse data
• Process refunds in a timely manner

• Assist the Accounts department in the reconciliation of refunds

• Update customer database ensuring all information is accurate
• Monitor any regular complaints and issues and report to Customer Service manager for review

This role would suit someone who has previous Customer Service experience with an excellent telephone manner. If you have previously worked within the hair, beauty and fashion industry this would be a benefit. We are looking for someone who has a professional and polite manner when dealing with customers, able to provide a high level of service and manage complaints and refunds in an efficient way. This Customer Service Advisor role would suit you if you have worked in customer experience, CX, client relationship, Customer Service, hospitality or retail.
