As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Encourage and support customers to access to the organisations services online
- Dealing with incoming calls acting as the first point of contact and dealing with customer enquiries
- Responsible for actioning the full range of calls received
- Manage complaints, conflict and customer satisfaction successfully and effectively at all times.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:
- The ability to hit the ground running and take a proactive approach to customer enquiries
- Experience within Customer Services - Housing experience is not essential!
- A vision to grow your career with a leading housing association
- Standard DBS
