Customer Service Advisor + £24-25k + Permanent role

Our client base in Bacup are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their internal Customer Services team.

Role Description:

• Working in our sales department, working closely with office staff and other areas of the business.
• Dealing with customer orders/enquires.
• Providing admin support top other departments.
• Delivering high levels of Customer Service.
• Dealing with customer over the phone with confidence.

Skills required:

• IT Skills, word & excel
• Confident with sales /office administration skills
• To be able to understand customer needs.
• Self-motivated with positive energy.
• Attention to detail and ability to retain product knowledge.
• Effective time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Confident telephone manner

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 9.00am -5.00pm (Early finish on a Friday 4:30pm)
