We are looking to recruit, two Customer Service Advisors to join our existing team at our site in Colwick working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all incoming enquiries, both verbal and electronic, are dealt with in a courteous, professional and competent manner.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Dealing with email enquiries
- Processing customer enquiries
- Taking customer payments
- Setting up new customer orders on the internal system
The successful candidate will be experienced working in a fast paced administrative environment. They will have experience in using office applications and the ability to become competent with our in-house computer software rapidly. They will have excellent attention to detail and have previous experience working within a Customer Service role. In addition they will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload to ensure customer demands are fully met.
Remuneration and benefits:
- £22-£23k per annum, depending on your skills and experience
- Positions available: 1 permanent and 1 Maternity cover
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00.
