Adaptable Recruitment are wishing to speak to Customer Service Advisors who are looking for an exciting new role within the logistics industry based in Runcorn.
Open to candidates who have a strong work ethic and have experience within a Customer Service role.
This is a full time, permanent role and offers a brilliant office environment with a great culture.
Package:
- £24,000
- FULL-TIME Monday- Friday

Job Duties:
- As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be dealing with customer phone calls in a professional and effective manner.
- Accurately and timely data entry and job creation onto our TMS system.
- Work as part of the Customer Service team to create a best-in-class experience for WS customers.
- Delivering excellent Customer Service to all WS customers.
- Monitoring and managing email traffic and responding to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage and resolve customer queries, primarily land queries.
