- Customer Service Advisor
- Wallsend
- Part Time 17 to 25 Hours Per Week
- Hours between Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- National Minimum Wage / GBP11.44 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound telephone and email contact for customers
- Manage queries and complaints efficiently and promptly
- Investigate, action and resolve email queries
- Meet service level agreements on productivity
- Provide customers with a professional, convenient and courteous service
Requirements:
- Call centre experience advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, patient phone manner
- Strong attention to detail and standard of accuracy
- Self motivated with the ability to work at pace
- Proactive with a positive attitude to supporting colleagues
- Reliable, punctual and robust to work under pressure
