Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join one of the fastest-growing specialist insurance providers in the UK. This role will require an individual with excellent administration and processing skills as well as being passionate about delivering outstanding Customer Service. This position, located in Liverpool, is temporary on going and the hourly rate is £12.56.
Salary and Benefits for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: £12.56 per hour
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
- Contract Type: Temporary ongoing

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Taking ownership of all inbound communication and excelling against Customer Service level expectations
- Managing a portfolio of policyholder's total loss claims through to settlement
- Ensuring that complete and thorough investigations are carried out on all cases
- Prompting investigations on the ownership of a vehicle
- Maintaining effective diary management to reduce settlement time
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Attention to detail is required
- Strong Customer Service skills is essential
- Strong ability to deal with customer complaints
- Computer literate with excellent administration and processing skills
- Relevant experience in a claims environment or within a similar role
