Are you passionate about sustainability and Customer Service? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join the Acorn Waste Management team at their Shropshire site.
Acorn Waste Management is a leader in providing responsible, sustainable, and cost-effective waste management solutions. As a Customer Service Advisor, you play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with both customers and suppliers, contributing to the success of Acorn Waste Management's mission.
The role will be Mon-Fri 08.30-17.00 plus one Saturday morning in four.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs by obtaining accurate information.
- Process inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure timely responses and delivery.
- Take ownership and resolve queries and complaints.
- Maintain systems, including CRM, coordinating with colleagues where required.
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Be excellent communicators and listeners, adept at obtaining and relaying information accurately.
- Possess good IT skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring data is entered concisely and correctly.
