Form of workWe’re currently working with an established financial services firm based in Bristol to recruit for an Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
This role is based from the office five days a week. The position would suit an individual with previous contact centre, telesales or Customer Services experience via the telephone or face to face.

The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Collaborate with Corporate Account Managers to meet client seminar targets
- Service multiple clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Identify opportunities for seminar growth in collaboration with the Corporate Account Managers
- Communicate directly with corporates via phone and email to gather necessary information
- Ensure timely and successful service delivery according to client needs
The Package
- Competitive basic salary up to £25,000
- Bonus potential up to £4,500
