As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key member of our Contact Centre team, handling various customer inquiries. This includes dealing with a range of services such as housing, homelessness, rents, and repairs. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, customer-focused service, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service by promptly responding to calls, emails, voicemails, and texts within agreed timescales and service standards.
- Strive for First Contact Resolution by resolving inquiries and transactions without the need for further referrals whenever possible.
- Effectively manage workload fluctuations associated with housing-related inquiries.
- Accurately input data into computer systems.
- Consistently meet specified targets for delivering excellent Customer Service.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing procedures and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and collectively improve individual and team performance.
- Complete outbound activities in alignment with team objectives.
- Adhere to relevant company policies.
- Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the Team Manager or Customer Contact Manager, and ensure a safe working environment in accordance with our client's Health and Safety Policy.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Service, preferably in a contact center.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- IT literacy and ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
