My successful, family run client are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and pro-active Customer Service Advisor to support the Customer Service process on a temporary basis for the next 6 months.
This is a busy, Customer Service role and requires someone who is able to work flexibly and prioritise to ensure business and customer needs are met.
This role requires a motivated candidate who enjoys engaging with customers and is able to proactively upsell to ensure client spending potential is maximised at every opportunity.
Details:
• Salary: £24,000-£26,000
• Hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Key duties:
• Engaging with customers
• Dealing with all aftersales of the business efficiently
• Follow up on quotes for orders
• Inputting orders into the ERP system
• identify sales opportunities and communicate to relevant colleagues
• building and maintaining great client relationships
• upselling to existing clients
Experience:
• 1 year in a Customer Service/sales role in an office environment
• Excellent MS Office skills
• The ability to pick things up quickly
• Excellent attention to detail
Due to the location access to a vehicle is essential
