Hr Advisor

Protective Care Group have an incredible opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our growing People Team based in our newly renovated Head Office in the Cotswolds (GL53 9PQ).

No day will be the same for our HR Advisor, so if variety is your thing, you'll thrive in this role! Day to day, our HR Advisor will:

• Support, coach, and advise Managers at all levels across our Group on a broad range of people topics including performance, absence and change management.
• Manage complex ER cases, providing guidance and practical support to our managers.
• Facilitate and support with mediation, disciplinary and grievance proceedings in a kind, considerate but effective way.
• Encourage and ensure consistent and appropriate application of HR policies and practices.

Requirements

What we are looking for in our HR Advisor:

• Experience working within a HR Advisor role.
• Comfortable and confident dealing with complex ER cases.
• CIPD Qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Confidence in supporting, coaching, and advising Managers in HR best practice.
• Values an entrepreneurial and creative style to problem-solving and ideas over corporate red-tape.
