- CIPD Level 5 qualification is desired.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR principles.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and industry best practices.
