Customer Service Advisor – Front Counter
Purpose
As a Customer Service Advisor within our Front Counter and Tyre Bay Team, you will be the face-to-face point of contact for any customers coming to collect vehicle parts or who have vehicle part enquiries, as well as scheduling tyre refitting, tracking and repairs.
Location – Poole Site BH12
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and being a first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Answering calls and arranging customer bookings
- Completing all relevant documentation
- Facilitating customer payments
- Managing all parts of click and collect process
- Dealing with emails, phone calls and working with the sales team
- Selling parts over the counter and dealing with parts enquiries
Experience & Essential Qualities
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Customer focused individual with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Competent IT skills - Training on all internal systems provided.
- Excellent Customer Service experience within the motor industry essential.
Remuneration
Salary: £23,028.20
Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Saturdays are required, 8:00am to 1:00pm, this is paid as over time.
